Angel would be out of the house on one of the few rare times he and Belle weren't together. They felt safe for once in this city maybe they would be able to have a life... In death... Either way.
So out he would be strolling the streets with no plans in mind. Just out for fun, anything could happen.

Eto had been following Angel for quite some time, watching for any signs of betrayal. He didn't trust a vampire that kept the company of beasts. Always better to err on the side of caution. He'd been following the spell caster since he'd left the Apartment, he seemed more lost in thought than anything else. Either he was really good at hiding what he was doing or he was simply lost in thought. Eto was going to see if he was a liar as well as a sorcerer.
"Evening, Angel." He called out to the sorcerer, walking up on him. Eto was wearing his normal attire, long black cloak, supple leather boots and the pair scimitars resting in jeweled scabbards at his waist. His accent was such that no one could tell exactly where he was from, such was his mix of dialects and pronunciations.

Eventually, Angel would find an area that was less populated, where the darkness was thicker. The shadows seemed to move with him as he walked, almost like companions, alive and ready for conversation. They meandered lazily to keep up with his pace, slow and steady.
A soft, manic giggling could be heard as the Assamite made himself known, but it could just be a trick of the wind.

Angels hair would stand on end... Something didn't sit right with him. Nothing as menacing as the feeling of bloodlust but there was something that he just couldn't- then a voice calling his name.
Angel spun around quickly his hand instinctively flying up to grab at the handle of his sword, which wouldn't do any good still wrapped up in the case on his back. But then he saw the man, Mr. Vadia, behind him. Then there was a strange laughter... But was that real?
After a moment to process that the man behind him wasn't approaching with hostile intent, he slowly relaxed. His hand would drop back to his side.
"Hello Mr. Vadia. How are you doing today?"
He would ask politely trying his best to not freak out. Why was he being followed? Was he not as safe here as he thought? Before jumping to any conclusions he would listen to what the man had to say.

Eto noted the disembodied laughter with more than passing interest, there is no indication on his face or in his movements as he approaches Angel. "Peace Angel." He held up his hands, both empty. His scimitars still safely in his scabbards. "I'm not here to harm you." He was calm, collected and disciplined.
They had company, he was almost sure. But he wasn't about to give away his own suspicions. "I haven't seen you often without your..." He paused, deciding that diplomacy was probably the best answer. "Regardless, what is it that you're doing wandering around out here on your own little sorcerer?" He asked, his head tilting to the side in a cascade of fiery red hair.

The shadows continued their idle dance, now moving around both of the Kindred present. The laughter did not return, but if one looked closely enough, they might catch a glimpse of widened green eyes before they disappeared again into the darkness.

Angel felt like the shadows were dancing around them, he didn't take his eyes off of the man in front of him though, peace or not he had better play it safe.
"She is at home with her kitten."
Angel would say answering the first unspoken question.
"As for me, I decided to take a stroll. I've always loved Japan and their culture, long before... Well, I've always wanted to explore Japan. So I figured while everything is at a modicum of peace I should get the exploring out now."
Angel would inspect the man for a moment before asking his own question.
"So what brings you out on this lovely night? And how long have you been following me?"
He wasn't positive he was being followed by Mr. Vadia, however the uncomfortable feeling was still present was it just because of his presence? Was it something else? Or have the years of being hunted finally made him lose it?

Eto chuckled, the flashing eyes here and there weren't red, and he wasn't feeling anything particularly demonic, so he let it slide. Someone was screwing with them, and he wasn't letting on that he noticed. At all. "Why would you think I was following you?" He asked politely, tilting his head a bit further. "There are many other things that my particular... Skills are better utilized for." He commented a bit dryly.
He'd take a step, far to fast for for the sorcerer to perceive, and the Italian would be standing behind him. "If I didn't want to be seen I wouldn't have, and if I were following you why would I allow myself to be seen?" He asked, almost egging the sorcerer on. "Surely 'I' don't make you that uncomfortable sorcerer." He emphasized.

The laughter tumbled from the shadows again, this time far more noticeable. It was a high pitched giggling, wild, and seemed to fade away.
Malkav alive, this city was entertaining.

Angel blinked. He was fast Angel didn't even have the time perceive where he had gone before Me. Vadia was speaking to him from behind. All of Angels nervousness went out the window and his training kicked in.
Angel teleported right behind Mr. Vadia and this time prepped his sword for use. Holding on the the hilt he would speak to man now in front of him again.
"Whatever your reasons or skills I do not trust someone that is willing to threaten me or my own out of sheer pleasure."
If he didn't move away while Angel was speaking Angel would take a few steps backwards giving them some distance again. Outside of expected sword range.
However the laughter was there again but that was no longer a concern right now. He wasn't being hunted just watched, reasonable since he was still new and his history wasn't the best. But for now he would just stay on guard.

Eto smirked as the sorcerer appeared behind him. He tucked that little bit of information into the back of his mind and smiled. "Speaking specifically of your beast, I do not threaten or murder such creatures out of pleasure Angel of clan Mau. It is not murder, it is a mercy to put a beast down." He turned toward Angel again. "I don't particularly care for idle threats." He motioned toward Angel's Katana. "And your trust in me is meaningless, you have the young man's heart and sympathy, and I do hope you realize how important that is. I however gain nothing from your trust, and you nothing from mine. As well, I would advise you to not draw that blade."
Eto didn't have anything against Angel, only the company he kept.

The laughter continued to grow louder until it was nearly deafening. All sounds and words would be drowned at by the piercing noise. Between the two men, the shadows would begin a slow spiral, around and around, until they took on the basic shape of a man. A very large, giant of a man, but a man nonetheless.
Remniscent of the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, Finn slowly manifested, humming a little tune. He was sprawled on his side, supporting his head with one gloved hand. His white lab coat should have been dirtied by the ground beneath him, but somehow remained utterly pristine. His fingers were buried in his eggplant hair, and when his grin was finally visible, the smile was wide and amused.
"Well, well, well," the madman cooed, his voice the low rumble of thunder before a storm. "What DO we have here? Are you two lovebirds going to fight or what?"

Angels hand would drop from his sword the words 'I do what I want' unable to be formed as a man appeared, from out of no where.
"Thats it!"
Angel exclaimed.
"Its official I. Am. Crazy. The book lied."
Angel would turn to look at the stranger that just appeared out of nowhere.
"I am crazy. The book lied when it told me I wasn't. You, sir, should never listen to 8,000 years old books that not only speak, but know your name and everything about you, because they lie!"
Angel just chuckled and shook his head and looked to Mr. Vadia motioning to the stranger.
"I don't suppose you see this do you? Well don't mind me just having a mental break. Fuck it talking all big talk about mercy killings, well fine then! Go ahead and kill me cause I'm a Looney now! Stupid ass fucking crotchety ass old man of a book..."

Eto looked at him and one of his scimitars appeared in his hand. And just as fast he thrust it 'into' Finn, holding it there for a few seconds before pulling it out and returning it to it's jeweled scabbard. "No one is there, see, just an illusion." It would seem, at least to Angel that Eto had no idea Finn was there, that he was completely ignorant to the giant's existence.
"And yes, if you'd like me to kill you, that can easily be arranged." Eto pulled out his handgun, rounds specifically designed to kill vampires and other supernatural creatures. "Two the chest one to the head, or two in the head and one in the chest." He asked, leveling the barrel of the gun at Angel's face.

Finn didn't so much as flinch as Eto pretended to thrust the sword into him. A perfectly sculpted brow raised over one emerald eye. "Who are you talking to?" He asked quietly, voice low and curious. He glanced back at Eto as if he couldn't see him, then finally turned to Angel again.
"8,000 year old books? And you're talking to the air?" He snickered. "You really must be on something. But don't worry. Your death can be arranged. I have plenty of chains."
