Cho Kido, Toreador and the Harpy of Nagasaki, spends most of her time tending the bar at either Club pLace or the O'Connor Manor. She knows everything that goes on in Nagasaki and is the person that most go to when they need to hear something. She is often willing to help with the Neonates of the City, introducing them to the ins and outs of the politics of the Camarilla.
She always seems to be incredibly kind and open to conversations, but within her mind are all the well-kept secrets, clasped in iron.
She is the Voice of the City.
