Has a full back tattoo of two dragons wrapped around pillars on his sides breathing fire at each other. Where the flames meet at his spine they become a phoenix soaring up his spine, wings spread across his shoulders. A symbol of his rebirth and the burning he felt enduring it alone. He also has a celtic knot of his left pectoral and no facial hair. He always carries two knives, a tin of mints in his pocket and a leather wallet with a chain attached. Inside is a sales reciept from 2012. A constant reminder.
Personality: Gavin tends to be honest about his thoughts and feelings to a point. He hides himself in a "veil" so to speak. Those who get close enough will be able to see through this veil of boasting, confidence and his "man whore" ways and he is protective of those who reach this point. After years of being alone he is protective of those who accept him, even if it is not for long. However, this leads to a break in his personality. Before the embrace he trusted too easily which led to his alternate personality. His other side, going by the name Chester, is guarded towards Gavin's trust of those he wishes to fit in with. Gavin tends to be guarded towards his pain but if Chester emerges then there is no wall. Chester tends to be loud and a bit obnoxious. Especially towards those Gavin starts to trust. Chester tends to push buttons and push away those who get too close, thus keeping Gavin "safe" from those who might hurt him... Or possibly hurt Chester himself. One big tell on who you are dealing with is Gavin tends to smirk while Chester has an ear to ear grin. One thing they both agree on is they wont stop until they find Nora. He is content to stay in Gavin's mind as more of a danger sense. However, due to Gavin's nature, he will take over when Gavin is engaged in combat if its more then Gavin can handle. Gavin does tend to get in trouble more then most as since he was abandoned, he was never taught the rules. He keeps the masquerade but has no idea of much beyond that.
Interests: Gavin tends to love music and will usually listen to whatever speaks to him personally at the time. He used to sing and now does so as a hobby as much as for income. His tastes tend to roam as much as he does. He also has a personal interest in the reactions of those around him. He tends to go after women and seduce them for fun. However, in the end he always feels empty and hollow. While at the moment he feels nothing for the women he seduces, he is not against the idea of having someone in his unlife further down the road.
Skills: Gavin refuses to use firearms and perfers blades to bullets. His philosophy is like that of a boxer... make them miss, make them pay. He has no driving skills as he perfers to walk. For fun he was a street runner and posesses some parkour skills which are now only inhanced by his incredible dexterity. While he can be silent and sneak he also tends to be a bit theatrical, especially if its Chester in combat. What Gavin has in words, Chester has in taunts and is known to psych the oppenent out of the game before its begun. This is due to the fact that Gavin tries to avoid conflict but if need be can hold his own. Growing up in South Boston, he did learn some lock picking skills but has not developed them beyond the need of survival. Home and business locks mainly. Recently he has discovered that he can create illusions that effect any of the 5 senses but has no idea that it is a clan skill.
History: Gavins story was pretty bland and typical of most. Born in Ireland, his father liked his Irish whiskey. Fed up with the abuse his mother moved to Boston, MA with Gavin when he was 4. He made a few close friends but tended to get in fights as most of the boys in Boston did. He was smart though and was accepted with a full scholarship to college. It was during his 3rd year that he was walking through the park and met a beautiful woman. A woman who pulled at his very soul. After only 6 months of courting her he was prepared to ask for her hand. In October of 2012 he purchased a ring and invited her out for the evening. It would be an evening to change his life, or end it as fate would later dictate. They were attcked and pulled in to an alley where he was forced to watch as she was raped in front of him. It wasnt until he heard her call out her attacker by name and start laughing that he realized she wasnt who he thought. He would die that night... Only to return and swear that he would never let a woman hurt him like that again. He now finds a vice in adultry, taking joy in toying with women for no reason other then to make them feel as he once did. He keeps the receipt in his wallet for the ring that was lost that night as a reminder of how he was left alone to suffer as he was changed via her blood. A permanent taint so to speak.
And so he walks alone, searching for the one who ended his life and left him in that alley alone. Memories of the pain he suffered physically, mentally, and emotionally still scar him and he tends to rage. He believes that finding Nora will finally give him a chance at some inner peace. The latest information he received was someone matching her description was seen in Nagaskai, Japan. As he arrives he gets a sense that his info was correct, although he cant explain why...
