Personality: Valeri's Personality is somewhat inconsequential, as a KGB Illegal, whatever existed of his personality as an agent before Illegal training was transformed into something akin to an everyman. Assuming any traits to be the real Valeri would be in error as the training itself instilled a sense of liquidity. His clearance and position allowed his opinions to be what they needed to be for any given situation that he could find himself in. From brutal thug, to elegant sophisticate, Valeri is capable of switching, not only on the fly, but so fluidly, that one might not know exactly when the change occurred.
Interests: Valeri takes great interest in the political aspects of the world around him. Noting both who is in power, and who is scrambling for it. Political dissonance and cohesion keep the KGB agent aware of the world around him.
