It wasn't quite cold enough to snow, but the rain that pelted down on Nagasaki stung violently and made it next to impossible for Trixie to ride her bike anywhere. She had left as soon as the sun set to go back out into the world they had abandoned, her eyes glazed over and her lips tugging up into a tiny little grin. She remembered all of the people she had come across the last time she was here, all of the friends that she had made... It felt good to be back.
Rome had it's appeal, in a certain, adventurous light. And Jude had liked it there, hadn't he? That was good enough for her for a while, but it didn't take long for the money and the drugs to run tight, and neither she nor her blonde haired companion could exactly afford to have self control. The withdrawals, at this point, might kill either of them. So off she had gone, until she met Kyle, who suddenly filled their pockets and their stomachs. Such a nice guy.
Too bad he wasn't invited tonight.
Addiction clung to her back and peered out over the streets as they walked, off to meet somebody before meeting somebody else and maybe meeting... Her mind swirled and swayed beneath the bright colors of the street lamps. She had asked Kyle to give her and Jude a night to themselves, a night to remember everything and why they had come back. He had been more than willing, of course.
Whatcha doin'? Where ya goin'? Ooh, look, there he is!
Her little demonic companion knew exactly what was about to happen, and so off he poofed, back to the Safe House where he knew Jude would be waiting. Trixie had tricks to turn before she came home with the prize and he didn't want to be anywhere around that when it happened.

Early evening was not anywhere near a time of night that Jude wanted to be even remotely aware of. "Jack... What is it? What's goin' on?" He asked just barely coherent enough to realize it was Jack, and not another of the old Inn's ghostly residents. He hadn't moved from where he'd fallen asleep the night before. Slowly, the one eyed Ravnos rose from the floor. Dizzy. He groaned. "Damn Jack... what happened last night..?" How many nights had he and Trix been bringing? And what we're they on? Ever since that first night with Trix, Jude had been in some kind of haze. Whether it was from the pills, the joints, the powders and whatever else it was his love got for the evening, or his own slipping grasp on reality, due mostly to the fact that Jude used his illusions to solve most problems, and his reality was becoming more and more difficult to differentiate from his own illusions.
A couple slow and unsteady steps and Jude stood at the door, staring out into the pouring rain. Slowly he turned his brilliant green eye towards Jack. "Yo Jack! Did shea actually go out in this?" He asked the little demon as he made his way towards his bag, pulling out a fresh shirt and a pair of jeans. A few difficult minutes later, he was heading for the door.
Rain beat on Jude's head and jacket, making the truck to his bike absolutely miserable. Fortunately she hadn't taken her Ninja, so she was probably on foot. He hoped his beautiful girlfriend wasn't getting into too much trouble without him. With a swift downwards kick, his Ducati's engine roared to life, just as a helmet seemed to magically appear out of nowhere atop his head. To most others, it would look and even feel like a real helmet. But for a select few that could see through Jude's illusions, it would appear as if nothing was there at all.
"See ya soon babe!" He shouted out at the forest. Both the trees and the rain stopped his voice from carrying far. At least he could let her know that he warned her he was coming. A few seconds later, gravel spewed forth from the rear wheel of the bike as he peeled out on the gravel driveway leading up to their Safe House. Anger was beginning to build again. He would need a fix, and soon.

Another waste of her time. He only lasted seconds, but at least he didn't seem to notice the way her gaze slipped away to focus on something over his shoulder. It was dry, here in his car, and it was over before she really noticed it had begun. He thrust the bag of white powder into her hand and she stared at it for a moment. Raising her sapphire gaze, she cocked a brow. When he looked back down, her hand seemed empty.
"Shit. Sorry." He took out a second baggie and then sent her on her way. Laughing in pure giddiness, she pocketed both bags. It would be enough to last them through the night, and she still had a pill bottle if Jude wanted something... more.
A job well done. Her hands stretched high above her head and she made a little squeak of excitement, wandering back towards the Ravnos safe house. She was concerned only with keeping the drugs buried in her pants safe and dry. The fact that her hair clung to her face really didn't bother her at all.
There was a small bus stop, a little plastic overhang with a bench beneath it. The Nagasaki busses didn't come out here at this time of night, so she knew she was safe. Waddling over under the safe, dry ceiling, she took a deep breath and pulled out her pack of fags. Somehow, she knew Jude would find her. So she lit up and waited.

Jude tore down the mountain, throttle wide open, rain and wind ripping at his immortal skin. The chill he barely noticed as trees and brush whipped by him. There was really only one direction that she could have gone to get into Nagasaki, and that was the way he was headed. He could feel her somehow, feel that he was getting closer to her with every rain soaked corner he took. Why that was he really had never thought, maybe it was because he loved her? The moment that thought his his mind he lost focus. Cornering in the rain was dangerous, even for an experienced driver, cornering in the rain autofocus however, was absolutely suicidal. The rear wheel on his Ducati kicked out wide, traction lost on the slippery and wet roads, and before he could correct, the bike was skidding along the road, his leg pinned between it and the unforgiving asphalt.
The skin on his leg didn't stand much of a chance is it was ground into the road, the echoing of the bike first connecting with the concrete and Jude's own bestial roar of pain could be heard all the way down the mountain.
"Shit." He growled through clenched teeth, shoving the mass of metal and polycarbonate off his shattered leg and battered form. More pain shot through him as he tried to stand, collapsing onto the cold pavement as he tried to put weight on his injured leg. "Fuck, fuck, Fuck." He swore at no one in particular, "Gotta find Trix. Gotta get her home." Thankfully he'd spilled his bike near a recently fallen tree. Grasping at one of the sturdier looking branches, he tore it violently from the trunk, using it as leverage to hoist himself up.
It wasn't a terribly long trek down the rest of the mountain, but each step was one part agony, one part comfort. He could feel himself getting closer and closer to Trix. What seemed like hours later, but in reality was only a few minutes, the one eyed Ravnos spotted his girlfriend smoking under a bus stop overhang. The sight of her brought a wave of comfort, even through the pain of those last few steps. "Hey Trix!" He called out, pain coloring his voice, but the note of happy comfort could not be ignored. "You alright?" Did he love her? The question again raced through his addled mind. Just seeing her lit up what was almost guaranteed to be a shitty night.

The sudden sensation of fear that flashed through her tiny body almost made the Ravnos drop her cigarette. She cursed softly under her breath and caught it, but the cherry burned across her palm. Oblivious to the pain, she rightened it between her fingers and took a moment to stare at the burning embers. She had decided to wait for Jude before she did anything, but her grip on reality was quite weak. The cherry seemed to be floating of its own accord, unattached to the tobacco she held.
"Woah," she murmured softly, mesmerized. Perhaps that is what kept her oblivious to the pain her lover was in. One might never know. She seemed lost in her own world, one made of burning paper and leaves. She moved her hand up and down for a moment, just to see if it would follow, and giggled in delight to learn it did. Abandoning her little game, she took a deep drag.
His voice rang out just as she expertly exhaled the cloud of smoke. Startled, she turned to look at him and immediately caught sight of his limp. Taking off at a sprint, she lost her cigarette in the rush as she made it to his side, immediately trying to slip her tiny body under his arm in hopes of helping to support his weight.
"Jude!" She squealed over the rain, trying to half-carry him underneath the awning she had found. "Jude, what HAPPENED?? Are you okay?"

He laughed lightheartedly as she slid under him, trying to support him. "Uh yeah, I was sorta takin a turn up there." He motioned vaguely with his free arm, leaning more heavily into her. "I was thinkin about somethin else and spilled." He smiled at her, that dopey, smile that always sort of lit up his face, at least when she was around. "I tucked up my leg pretty bad. Got it caught between the bike and the road." His smile turned into a grimace as he lurched forward a bit, trying to keep his balance. "Got stupid beautiful, that's all." He leaned over a bit then, planting a kiss on top of her head.
He was comfortable again. Trix was with him, helping his stupid ass out like usual. ~Fuck I need to get my shirt together. Gotta help her.~ "How bout you? Having a good night?" He asked, trying to change the topic to her. "I mean you look awesome. Like really. Awesome." He finished lamely. What was he gonna do? They had their place, all the drugs ever thanks to Trix, and no bothered him. "Damn you're awesome." He spoke allowed, finishing his own thought. "Where we headed?" He asked trusting in his tiny companions judgement infinitely more than his own. He was happy generally, at least as happy as he could be, and it was all thanks to her.

Water kept her hair clinging to her face, making it difficult for her to see as they hobbled together towards the bus stop. Something inside her head tried to tell her that they should go somewhere a little bit more private, but why? The rain had chased most of the people into their homes. She didn't feel any wandering eyes on them, and the shadows all seemed to stay where they were supposed to be. Maybe it was the drugs, or maybe it was something else entirely, but so long as she had Jude near her, she didn't have anything to worry about.
"Shush," she told him, lifting her free hand and pressing her wrist into her mouth. Her fangs slipped into the skin and she pulled back, ripping ever so slightly. The sound of flesh giving way beneath vampiric fangs was easy to hear, even over the rain. Dark, almost black blood pooled as she lifted that wrist up to his lips. She wasn't sure what it would do, but sharing their life force always made them both feel better. "Have some of this, and then I have something else."
She couldn't dig into her pocket if he took hold of her wrist, but once he took his fill, she'd be able to give him something to wash away the last of his pain and uncertainty.

Jude as always was oblivious to others, didn't give a damn about the Kine or other Kindred being around, all he cared about was right there with him. Trix. Octavian was as always a thought in the background, fueling his rage, his hatred, but right then the only one he wanted anything to do with was Trix. When she offered him her wrist, he could feel his fangs sliding down, almost painfully. God did she taste good, feel good, everything about her was just perfect to be around. With a dopey smile her way he nodded a bit first pressing his lips to her wrist just above the tear, planting a delicate, heartfelt kiss. Then his fangs slid into her, pulling at that beautiful vitae, that amazingly taste, all that power, knitting up the majority of his leg. He wouldn't drain her, ever, but gods did he not want to stop.
Pulling up and away, after his tongue danced around the little cut, Jude smiled, righting himself almost completely under his own power. "I'll be alright Trix, you wanna just head home?" He asked her tugging off one half of his jacket to wrap around her. To protect her from the cold and the rain, and everything else that could harm her. As if his jacket were some kind of invincible shield from all the evil in the world. "I could grab us a car, or another bike if you want." He offered, god did he feel good with her wrapped around him, her blood inside him. Everything that was Trix radiated good and right in the world, and he trusted her judgement explicitly.

The kiss against her wrist made her whimper softly, quivering against his side. He drew from her and it was almost as good as sex. It reminded her of snow and romps, of nights spent by the fireplace, and keeping warm even when it was cold. She made a soft noise of pleasure and let him take whatever it was he wanted and needed from her, seeming to melt against him. She didn't actually notice whenever he stopped feeding, and if it wasn't for his voice, she probably would have lost herself in an illusion and memory. When he managed to get her attention, sapphire eyes fluttered before opening, pupils so dilated it was almost impossible to see the color.
Trixie wrapped both arms around his waist and held herself against him, letting him protect her with his jacket. She peered up at him with doe-like eyes full of innocence, despite where her mind had been only seconds before. Her fingers began to slowly trail up his chest, her body pressed against him. She could feel him touching every inch of her tiny little frame. "Hmm?" she asked, trying to figure out what he was saying.
Home... Home. She shuddered again, then reached her fingers into the pocket of her clingy jeans, finding one of the tiny baggies she had been given. She freed it, showing him the white powder within. Her smile was distant but genuine. "Look what I got..." Her free hand rose to lightly stroke his cheek. "It'll help us to get home, hmm?" As if the drugs in her system weren't enough to have them both rolling.

Jude could only smile as she brought out the tiny baggie, guiding them to a parked car. It took him only a few moments to pop the locks, and get them both situated inside, and another scant few to hot wire the care and drop it into gear, peeling out of the parking lot. "Sounds like we're both going to have a good... Woah..." The drugs in her blood hit him hard as his foot hit the floor. Everything seemed to slow down as the car sped up, the young reckless Ravnos, tearing down the street up the mountain. He knew the best place to ditch the car, and he knew just how much the Tremere would appreciate it. Queen Bitch had it out for them worse than she had it out for him.
Trees whipped by as he drove, tearing up the road with each turn more aggressive and dangerous than the last. Everything felt good, everything was awesome, and he wasn't afraid of any of it. Rolling down the windows he screamed out to the world. He screamed out his pain, he screamed out his rage and his joy and everything inside him he screamed out for the world to hear. "Trix, yes!" He yelled over the sound of whipping wind. "We've got the night, we've got the blood, and we've got forever!" He laughed tearing off the road to the safe house, pulling onto the highway that would lead to the Tremere. "We've got the world love!" He screamed out, his one eye dancing with mischief and glee. "We've got it all!"

Getting into the car was the easy part of their little adventure. They both knew how to steal cars as if they had been doing it their entire lives, and where one was weak, the other was strong. They completed each other in their own sick, twisted ways. Before Trixie, Jude had been... well, a prude. She remembered the first night, when she had needed to force something into his mouth. Now look where they were... speeding up a mountain, full of drugs and love. They were invincible.
She knew the second that everything hit him. She could feel it like a second wave as it washed over them both. She tossed her head back and laughed maniacally, rolling the window down so the wind could whip her hair around. The tips slapped against her face and neck and the sting made everything feel so much better.
She squealed in excitement and reached out, fingers grasping at his sleeve. She pulled herself against him and kissed his cheek, her laughter bubbling out of her again. She threw herself against her car door and hollered, voice swallowed by the wind as it rushed around them.
"Forever, babe! We own the WORLD!!"
