She turned her attention away from him and began to walk past, her eyes focused on something he could not see. Just as she passed him, if he was looking, he would see a sneer cross her features. She gave a wave towards an area of the alley that had noticeably darkened.
A soft mimic of a cackle could be heard before the Prince walked off and the shadows followed.
